JAFFA

Jaffa has a short run time - by the runtime, we refer to the runtime that will be in theaters. And by short we mean a few days or a few shows. The multiplex saw the movie was almost full, but at the present time the movie ended, there were very few people left. A lot of directors and dialogue writers seem to think that anything goes when Brahmanandam is on the screen. Man has created an aura around him that all he has to do is appear on screen, to start whistling and hysterical laughter.
However, even the best sculptor needs a good quality stone to carve his sculpture. Give a hollow rock, and is more likely than not that no. Jaffa, the film marks the return of Brahmi for the lead role after more than a decade, is a poor excuse for a movie. The story of the film sees Jasmine aka Jaffa Phalguna go to jail because of a misunderstanding about the suicide of a classmate. The rest of the "story" Jaffa is emerging as the demigod to all prisoners and help expose kidney racket across India. The film is totally amateur, and none of the skits or comic situations work at all. It starts with the speed of a turtle, and proceeds to the lower track slowest snail speed of the solar system. Vennela Kishore, who appears in the role of a prison guard in the film confusing undoubtedly win the Razzie awards for worst director ever.

In fact, in honor of him after he made a movie so dull, the Razzie for worst director ever could be your name. The film has absolutely no production value whatsoever. Most leading characters but dress, and the whole film is shot in a prison set and a couple of other places. Nobody on the team of the film seems to have heard of continuity - the bottle in the hand of a character in a 5-minute scene from the film changes from fruit juice contains water to fruit juice at least 3 -4 times. The characters in the movie have any consistency, and come and go randomly. They randomly mouth lines, and behave as if they were rehearsing for the theater. Vennela Kishore, after their disastrous attempts with Vennela 1.5 and Jaffa, has to give up his aspirations as a director and stick to things like the fool on the screen - does not turn on the screen outside fool. All actors look and act completely boring. It's a shame to see such a line-up of comedy stars, including Brahmanandam, Ali, Raghu Babu and Venu Madhav is wasted in minor roles. Anup Rubens is credited with the music of the film, but just remember hearing any music.

He probably saved his songs for his next film, accusing the producer anyway! Nothing to write home in Jaffa. Brahmi, the man who can have a big impact, even in a small role, can not create any comedy in this scenario completely meaningless. If you are a fan of Brahmanandam, stay away. If you're a fan, and wonder what the hype is all about, then stay away, too. As fans and non-fans of Brahmanandam form almost the entire range of the Telugu audience, the general advice is kept simple.
