Mere Dad Ki Maruti

Everyone is dancing and having fun at home Khullar, especially Tej (Ram Kapoor) who is all set to present to prospective son-in-law and daughter Tanvi Raj a brand new Maruti Ertiga gaddi their wedding day. While the wedding preparations are in full swing, Tej son Sameer (Saqib Saleem) is the silly boy who aspires to conquer 'Chandigarh Shakira "the hot Jazzleen (Rhea Chakraborty). She calls it" psychic "(thinking it same as 'psycho') and he says!

"I am love." to the pataka patau, Sameer uses the new car and ends up losing! the car is lost, forcing Sameer and his best friend Gattu (Prabal Panjabi) to form a complex web of lies to save Sameer from the wrath of his father. The film adheres to one of YRF (Yash Raj Films) Chain staple of entertainment, but it revolves around a Punjabi family the luxurious backdrop a Punjabi wedding. since the letter "Punjabi" has been used in movies for years, makes the film seem a little convencional.

Sin But despite some clichés, the film manages to entertain with its actions without effort, situational humor and simple story. scenes where Sameer and his friends are being chased by the police, referring to poor Sameer Gattu English as 'tatti English', are hilarious. number flamboyant dance the bride at the time of the wedding and Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa-esque climax are some of the high points of the movie.

Rhea Jazzleen Chakraborty as easy on the eyes, Prabal Punjabi as Gattu is adorable. evokes maximum laughter. Saqib Saleem is nice, but lacks the charisma of a leading man. Ram Kapoor acting over-the-top as required, Ravi Kissen is wasted. No wait a comedy out-and-out, the film is a cheerful family entertainer with a message for youth. do take along his dad for him, in his gaddi!
